How is the product shipped?
In a Styrofoam container, hard frozen, with an icepack. The product is shipped via Federal Express using two day or overnight service.

How long can I store my tamales?
One year frozen and four weeks in the refrigerator

How can I cook my tamales?
Steaming your tamales for forty-five minutes is the recommended way to cook your product, however, a wet paper towel that is wrapped around a bundle of tamales can be cooked in the microwave for 3-4 minutes depending on microwave power.

What are the methods of payment?
Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Check. Checks must be received before order will be sent out.
