I cannot tell you how sorry I was. I never received a confirmation notice about my order. I ended up calling the "other" companies Customer service line. I was not impressed and should have cancelled right away. However, they were slightly cheaper than Pedro's and I needed 12 dozen. I was pressed for time from waiting for the confirmation. When I received the tamales they were not completely frozen like yours are. Strike Two! I needed the tamales for a dinner party and proceeded at steaming the tamales, I have never experienced that much grease in tamales. They were horrible! The dinner party went on and everyone ate. I did not get the praises I have received with Pedros tamales I have ordered in the past. Not completely satisfied, I emailed the "other" company that states if not completely satisfied contact us. So I emailed them and waited, and waited and waited…… Strike Three! Four days later I called the company, I spoke to a gentleman that took my information down (I think) and he said he would have someone from Customer service call me. This was two days ago!! I will never order Tamales from that company again! I figured that being a Texan and knowing my tamales and home town… that this company should be good. Wow what a mistake! I have always received fantastic customer service from Pedro's and will (next time) make sure I order from your company. I thought you should know this from a customer service stand point, that your tamales ARE indeed the Best!
